Meet the Founder
With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources and People Operations, Pomi Assefa founded RightTempo HR Solutions to help growing businesses build the people systems they need to hire, develop, and retain great employees.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, along with multiple leadership and professional development certifications. Her experience spans startups, growing businesses, nonprofits, and global organizations, giving her a broad perspective on how strong people practices contribute to long-term business success.
Throughout her career, Pomi has worked with many business owners who tried to navigate the people side of their business on their own. While their passion and vision were strong, many spent valuable time, money, and energy recovering from hiring the wrong people, lacking consistent processes, or waiting too long to seek experienced guidance.
It is her strong opinion that building the right team is just as important as having a great product, service, or business strategy. She believes, investing in people isn't an expense—it's one of the smartest investments a growing business can make.
