She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and has earned multiple leadership development certifications, giving her both strategic insight and practical expertise. Pomi is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at both the national and local levels, reflecting her commitment to staying connected to best practices and emerging trends in the HR profession.
Her career spans HR leadership roles across diverse industries and global environments, providing firsthand insight into what successful businesses look like behind the scenes. Today, she partners with growing businesses to build strong foundations and practical people strategies that truly fit their team and stage of growth.
